  • A system built on violence, organ trade, and routine brutality. Inmates, dealers, and contractors operate as parts of the same mechanism.
     

  • Fragmented non-linear world structure. Wandering, detours, dead ends. Some paths loop back. Others lead nowhere. Nothing guides forward.
     

  • Hostile combat. The environment degrades alongside the subject. Rooms fill with debris, blood, and bodies. Clarity is not guaranteed.
     

  • Interactions with NPCs: inmates, cultists, dealers, and other human waste. Talk, trade, ignore, or kill.
     

  • Each weapon has its own way to harm.
     

  • Perks and upgrades come from extraction, trade, and brain surgery.
